Why
Elderly care involves many parties – the older adult, relatives and staff – who often struggle to coordinate. I wanted to explore how AI can improve matching and communication which ended up in this design proposal.
What I did
A school project where we developed a fictional concept: a platform where older adults, family and elderly care staff can collaborate, with AI matching improving the system.

How to design for several user groups with different needs at once, and different digital skills.
